Social Policy

Giprovostokneft pursues efficient social policy. Personnel welfare and social security is a matter of reputation. Personnel retention is a priority for Giprovostokneft management.

The following spheres of social activity are outlined by annual Collective Agreements between Administration and Trade Union committee:

  • Improvement of personnel’s domestic conditions by providing interest-free loans;
  • Arranging annual recreation and rehabilitation for employees and their families;
  • Arranging cultural and sport events;
  • Providing social preferences and compensations for employees;
  • Improvement of social and economical state of pensioners.

Presently Giprovostokneft Trade Union consists of 23 craft guilds and 7 professional groups, covering almost all personnel.

Giprovostokneft is taking care about employees’ healthy lifestyle by involving them in sport events.
